The battle of the Birds and the falcons rained goals. Six goals were scored between the two teams as the Birds won by 4 goals to 2. Messi opened the score with a stuning free kick. The visitors fought back and replied inside 5 minutes to equalise. The game went to halftime  with the Birds leading by 2-1 after Mahlodi Majola converted a cross. The second half was more competitive as both sides belived they could win. Both teams made some key changes into the second half in attempt to win. The team introduced Vuyo Xabanisa, Khabonona and KG to try and increase the tempo of the game. The team applied pressure and as a result , left some gaps behide and were cought on a conter by the Falcons that scored their second.  The pressure from the home team piled in search of the first win at home this season. Eventaully they cracked after Khabonina dilivered a pin point cross that resulted into an won goal by the Falcons defender. The Falcons goalkeeper gifted the Birds with another goal after their goal keeper miss kicked the ball that landed right in the feet of Nyathama that made no mistake and slaughtered home. The Birds move to fith position and the falcons remain rooted at the botom of the league.
