Birds to face on form JvW!

Blue Birds travel to the Bedford View Country club to take on the on form JvW. JvW are sitting on 2nd position in the log with 19 points from 9 games. Blue Birds on the hand are sitting on 5th in the log with 14 points from 11 games, Blue Birds are level with UJ on points but UJ has a better goal difference than Blue Birds.

Birds are also on a high as they collected 4 points out the last games they played and having won by a 5-1 margin away from home at the Capital city. JvW is under pressure as they have to play catch-up games, most of their players were on international duty in Rio Olympics. They play two games in a week, which could be a deciding factor in their game against Birds.

Blue Birds will have a full squad as all of their players are available including those from the HPC, this is a confidence booster for the blue and yellow as during school terms they have a limited squad. The players from HPC are not allowed to travel to their teams and this makes things difficult to can fully compete without a full squad. A win for Blue Birds is crucial because, it will take them to the 4th position with 17 points two short from 3rd placed Palace Super Falcon and JvW.

The game will be played on Thursday the 6th of October at 19:00PM at Bedfordview Country Club.
