Birds for Redemption season in 2019

SASOL LEAGEUE MATCHES BEGIN.

 

A new look Blue Birds will line up this week, with most of the development team graduates taking field for the first time in SASOL League match. The team will be facing a long trip to the Vall area where they will be kicking off the campaing agist VUT Ladies FC. last season the teams sharede the points as VUT won the fisrt leg in ALex and the Birds avanged themselves in Vall. The new season provide both teams with a platform to set up a good tone and avoid the  disastrous season they both had last season.

The girls have been training hard since the begining of the year in preparation of the league. There are also a number of new players that have joined the team. Marry has signed with the team from Ma Indies FC, Gift on loan from Coal City Wizzards and Dineo, Lizzet, Pontsho and Rofhiwa havving joined from TUT on loan.

The team has prepered well under the guidance of Coach Bulelani and Katlego Malaka. The  pair will lead the team on the new campaign. The experience and knowldge of the two coaches will assist the team shape up the dream to gradualy get promoted to the newly to be launched Womans National League.
